A.L.I.A.S. stands for Artificial Lifeform Intended for Assassination and Sabotage. Now you are intrigued. Alias does have a sequel available once you build you skill level and conquer the first installment. Both can be played online at Arcadeonline.com.
The controls for Alias are a bit different. This game does not use the arrow keys like most online games. Instead it utilizes some letter keys. The "A" key is to move left. The "D" key is used to move right. If you need to jump hit the spacebar or the "W" key. To dodge enemies or objects use the "S" key. This key will also roll you whenever that action is necessary. To shoot you use the left button off your mouse.
Alias has 3 levels to choose from. Normal is for the beginners in this game and harder will be for the more advanced player. Lastly is still harder. This level should only be played by those players that feel confident in their skills in this game. This game is set up in a war type form. You get your agenda to read which outlines your assignments. It is almost like an undercover mission with all the death and destruction that any video game lover will enjoy, if you do not mind a little fake blood. This game takes skill in that you must have one hand on the keyboard to hit the keys that make you jump and move. The other hand must be on the mouse so that you can shoot the enemy because they are all around.
Alias is a highly intense game with obstacles around every corner. Once you start getting shot at it is coming from every direction. There are people with guns and grenades that follow you around. You are a small player in the game so when you fire your weapon you slide backwards. That is not fun and can lead to your ultimate destruction if you bump into something and blow up. It is definitely a hand eye coordination game. That skill would come in handy greatly. You have to keep your eyes open at all times during the game and keep jumping so that you will stay alive. The last thing that you want is to see a full red screen. That spells trouble.
